You may have been discharged from hospital recently, had a new diagnosis or have been living with the condition for a long time. PhysioNeuroRehab will work with individuals, their family, carers and health professionals at any stage to achieve improved function, promote greater comfort and prevent potential complications.
During our first meeting we discuss in detail what you are hoping to achieve and any concerns you may have. We will also complete a full assessment and agree on your individual treatment plan, which may be for a short burst of treatment and advice or may involve a more extended programme of therapeutic activities.
